I swear I didn't pay anyone to write these!

I wanted to give some feedback on an employee that to me made Mortgage Master stand out as a really customer satisfaction company. I've recently had my home refinanced (this is the second time through MM) and the entire process from start to end has been incredibly well oiled and with a complete personal touch. It's rare that I send an email to a company to praise someone, but I felt that in this case especially, it was more than warranted.

The person I've been working with is Justin Perry, one of your Branch Managers. I was recommended to him by a friend who spoke incredibly well of him, and so based upon that recommendation I called Justin. After our first re-finance, which mind you went incredibly smoothly, Justin called me a short time later to let me know how he could help again. I'm blown away by his drive to get things done and his efficiency while doing it. He completely took my situation into consideration and not only was helpful, but was never "salesman" like, which is what I got from every other re-finance person I spoke to. In a time when everyone treats customers like cattle, Justin really stepped above and beyond what I thought the bar was and worked WITH me to make things the best that they could be for my personal needs. He treated me like a friend, and made me feel really at ease through everything.

I'm beyond impressed with Mortgage Master as a result of Justin Perry. He's the embodiment of what I feel should be the standard at every company. Unfortunately for me, there are few Justin Perry's in this world, but fortunately for you, you have the real thing there. I want to thank your company, Justin Perry, his colleagues Rena Tower, the attorney Mr Dauphin and I'm sure some people that worked behind the scenes, for making this a truly happy day for me. You have my sincere thanks and my recommendation to anyone and everyone I meet regarding your company and Justin Perry.
